ROSIE JORDAN PRINCIPAL
Rosie Jordan began her 36-year career in the healthcare industry at the Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis. She recently retired after almost 27 years at Eli Lilly and Company where she had 10 assignments across the Medical and HR functions. For the last 9 years, Rosie served as a career consultant where she helped employees to maximize performance in their current roles and to achieve their career goals using a 4-step career planning process. She was the course owner and sole facilitator of 2 career-related workshops and gave hundreds of presentations on specific aspects of career development to audiences across all functions, including field-based Sales, and at global meetings. Other HR professionals and management referred employees to her or relied on her advice and counsel to enable them to be better career coaches, knowing that job satisfaction increases productivity. Rosie uses her excellent oral and written communication skills to teach, explain, and motivate others and has presented at both medical and HR/career development national conferences. In addition, she was a featured speaker for 9 Lilly diversity groups, visiting students, summer interns, and middle- and high-school students across the U.S. through the Lilly Distance Learning broadcasts.

Rosie has a B.S. in Medical Technology from Indiana University and an M.S. from Butler University. She is certified on both the Strong Interest Inventory® and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® and facilitates workshops as well as counsels individuals based on these assessments. She earned credentials as a Professional in Human Resources through the Society for Human Resource Management. Rosie has been a member of the Association of Career Professionals International since 2002 and currently serves as President of the Indiana chapter.
