BILL RODECKER FOUNDING PRINCIPAL
Bill Rodecker is the founder and President of RHSE, Inc., and a Founding Principal of CompeteIndiana, LLC. At the time of his retirement from Eli Lilly in 2005, Bill had completed 30 years of experience in a variety of positions in Quality, chemical manufacturing, engineering, maintenance and Environmental, Health and Safety. The initial roles were as a technical contributor based on a bachelors and masters degree in engineering, while subsequent roles were in management positions. Bill’s final 4 years were as director of global EHS for the companies operations throughout Asia, Europe and North/South America.

Since retiring from Lilly in 2005, Bill has consulted for companies in Puerto Rico, Italy, Germany and the US in building compliant and efficient Quality systems. Bills expertise is both in building Quality systems that are internally effective, and in building relationships with regulatory agencies that are sustainable. Uniquely, Bill has significant experience in the EHS (environmental, health, safety) aspects of manufacturing operations and the Quality (FDA, EMEA, etc) aspects in both the US and Europe.

On a personal note, Bill has a long standing role in the Big Brothers-Big Sisters organization of greater Indianapolis, and is an active participant is several ecological projects on a small farm in Indiana in partnership with Purdue University.
