Jim Pettee is Vice President of the privately held Indianapolis performance consulting and coaching company, Phoenix Images, Inc. Jim specializes in organizational change management, process design and re-engineering, human performance consulting, and organizational design / development facilitation.

Jim retired from Eli Lilly and Company, a prominent global pharmaceutical company, after 37 years of service. During his career, he held technical and management positions in Biochemical Research, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Human Resources, Training and Development, Engineering and Information Technology. Fifteen of these years involved QC and Manufacturing management assignments, and the most recent ten years were spent in successful leadership roles concerning major organizational changes including a complete organizational re-structuring of an Engineering division and implementation of three global IT systems.

Additionally, Jim has applied his excellent facilitation skills insupport of several Boards of Directors, including those for the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, the Humane Society of Hamilton County and several neighborhood associations.
