Mark Owens is the Founder of OC International LLC, a consulting firm focused on leadership and team building. He is also a Principal of CompeteIndiana, LLC. Mark has extensive knowledge and experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Health & Safety, and General Management on a global scale, gained during his 34-year career at Eli Lilly and Company.

Mark is highly skilled in delivering leadership and coaching throughout all levels of an organization. His clients have included several major oil companies, general contractors, a public university and a non-profit construction safety organization. Mark’s recent work has focused on teams delivering multi-billion dollar capital projects around the world, accelerating their project team performance and leadership development. His clients value Mark’s openness and his genuine interest in their operations, as well as the safety and well-being of their personnel.

Mark is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Indiana, and has served in leadership roles for ISPE, the professional association for engineers in the pharmaceutical industry, and the Construction Industry Institute. He has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Indiana University.
