Kelly Madden, PhD, retired in 2007 with more than 30 years of international and domestic business experience in corporate consulting, focusing on design, coaching and facilitation. Her most recent position with Eli Lilly and Company was as an internal performance consultant to the global brand teams. These highly visible teams are responsible for the clinical trials, marketing and production plans for FDA and international regulatory agency approvals of new drug entities. She has worked on global teams representing marketing, clinical, IT, HR, manufacturing, publications and regulatory functional components. Her major focus in working with these teams was around designing, analyzing and applying assessment instruments aimed at organizational effectiveness, especially trust, self-awareness, communication and conflict resolution.
